My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is assertive, goal-oriented, and focused on alleviating psychological struggles, not just coping with them. My approach includes homework between sessions, coaching, direction, and sometimes input from family members. Everything is in service of alleviating your concerns.

My practice is all telehealth. In addition to being licensed in Missouri and New Jersey, I have a special license to practice telehealth across the country. This means that people looking for expert help are no longer bound by location.
